About this Workshop
Do you ever suffer from self doubt? Are you often overly hard on yourself? Then join our workshop to explore and discuss how self doubt is a very common experience for those with marginalized identities, especially first generation students and females.
We will explore and reflect upon the confidence gap and the impact of internalized oppression and how we view ourselves and our abilities. We will also reflect on the multiple parts of our identity, where and how we have internalized negative messages about ourselves, and the importance of intersectionality. Hopefully, together, we can help start to recognize, question, and call attention to the self-limiting beliefs we have, and how to overcome them.
