About this Workshop
This session explores social class identity and its corresponding forms of capital as frameworks from which to explore participants’ own social class identities. Facilitators will share stories about how social class influences administrators’ work and then guide participants in reflection about how their own social class identity might shape their work and experiences with higher education. Recommendations on how to reduce classist policies and practices will be offered.
