About this Workshop
The opening of this presentation will be dedicated to exploring the various programs that compose graduate education (for example, Masters, Professional, Terminal, Doctoral). From this discussion, attendees will be better equipped to examine post-baccalaureate education opportunities determine what is the best fit for them. We will discuss research from graduate students reflecting on their own reasonings will give attendees the opportunity to consider their own personal motivations regarding graduate education.
The remaining time will be spent discussing the graduate school application process, including: searching for school/programs, admissions, standardized tests (such as the GRE), discussing transcripts, securing letters of recommendation, writing a personal statement, composing a curriculum vitae, and an appropriate timeline.
