About this speaker
Rebecca Gillis is a staff psychologist at California Polytechnic State University Counseling Services in San Luis Obispo, CA. Dr. Gillis has a demonstrated commitment to serving underrepresented and marginalized university students of diverse backgrounds, cultures, documentation status, and identities. Dr. Gillis also co-instructs a supportive class for first generation BIPOC college students. Additionally, Dr. Gillis co-facilitates an LGBTQ+ support group and serves as the Coordinator for Student Athletes at Cal Poly Counseling Services.
