Jenesis Long

Jenesis Rose Long, who was a first-generation college student, serves as Oregon State University’s Undergraduate Student Success & Advising Experience Coordinator. She also runs her own online career empowerment coaching business. Additionally, Jenesis teaches Fundamentals of Counseling to graduate students pursuing higher education careers. Jenesis holds a Masters of Education in College Student Service Administration with a specialization in program development, as well as an Honors Bachelors of Science in Psychology, both from OSU. For 5+ years, Jenesis’ academic and professional work has focused on the intersection of values-based decision-making in career and academic pursuits, the impact of mentorship relationships, and underserved population’s support.
