Corey Fletcher

Corey Fletcher spent his former years at Green Mountain College in Vermont, where he earned a B.S. in Sustainable Business and a B.A. in Cultural Inclusion in Education. Currently, he is part of Habitus Incorporated’s Train the Trainer (TTT) project and a Lower School Teacher at Westtown School. He is learning transferable skills such as negotiation, mediation, difficult conversations, effective meetings, effective online meetings, integrative decision making, and sociocratic business practices. He was trained by Habitus Incorporated as well as the International Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (INCR) Program and the training team at MWI. Through Habitus TTT, he trained and coached a group of nonprofit leaders in Virginia, and sat in on numerous training sessions to learn from Stevenson Carlebach and Justin Wright.
